Thanks Meanie,knew I would loose it if I left it in the garden so, overwintered it in the conservatory ,looks like I did the right thing!

H.rosa-sinensis is certainly not hardy, and it loves light! Deffo the correct plan!

Had one a couple of years ago, my friend thought it would be OK if I left it outside needless to say I lost it learnt my lesson the hard way.
