Flowering cacti,not good with names:-)

nice one, my eldest daughter has this one but i have no idea what it's called :-)) Hywel would know he's a cacti expert...

It looks like Orbea variegata. It is a succulent plant but not a cactus. Sometimes it is known as a 'starfish plant' :o)

Hi Meanie - Orbea and Stapelia are closely related genera in the group of plants called Stapeliae. There are several other genera in that group. They all have similar flowers :o)

Thanks Hywel - do they do well in a low light environment?

They like a bit of light shade, but I don't think they would do well in very low light.
