Yes it is. Karensusan has a photo of it on her recent blog on small trees for her garden. I gave my daughter ( just south of Bath) one a few years ago and it has survived very well. I did not think it would survive up here but Karen reckons her one survived -10degs so it is hopefully also suitable for my garden. I'm having trouble placing it because of the terrible winds we get here.
