Was this picture taken this year? If so, aren't your tulips flowering early? Mine have scarcely broken the surface of the soil. What is the pretty little weeping tree?
Sorry, just seen the date on the photograph having noticed how leafy the rest of everything in the garden is. Silly me!

The date is on this photo. Well on in may last year. In the south of England my tulips are all flowered. I have one basket of orange and yellow tulips out in February. The rose is blooming well though.
