Hi all, yes I think I've got Superman, while I was suggesting a mini digger, OH was saying it's not going to take long don't worry...and it's done, just a little tweaking to get the level exact...and viola...I think they look bigger out of the ground than in it, if you know what I mean, and where it's been sunk one edge toward the new Perennial Bed, and the rest in the lawn, we're trying to bring the lawn edge right up to it, to hide the edge, and save lots of stone...though we have got stone if needed from the other pond...This Lawn is gradually shrinking lol....ha ha
This one is going to be in Sun, lots to plan to give it shade, and when the Water Lilies are in the GC we will be selecting a nice one to add...
Suggestions welcomed...

Hi DD...The Pond is in and looking good, made a little planting area around one edge and popped a couple of plants in. We're shopping for a new pump/filter later in the week, so getting quite excited now..Hoping the Water Lilies may be in soon..

Well done, we had to put ours in three times before we got it level, I expect they have changed in design now, as this was 15 years ago or more, it kept twisting, nearly drove us bonkers lol

I doubt we would have thought of that, it's ok, it appears very durable and has a long guarantee too...

They sure will.

Oh great, looking forward to seing that one, will you have it as a natural pond, or run electrics to it, do you think...
16 Apr, 2012
Not electrics, but I have ordered a Solar oxygenating pump. It will be in a good sunny place for that.
16 Apr, 2012
That's fantastic, OH was talking about a Solar pump just this weekend...
I didn't see any round Ponds when we went looking, so perhaps you'll share a pic when it arrives...
