Beaver food

I've never seen a beaver anywhere near the lake I live by but found a couple poplar trees it has been eating.

Katarine- if you're referring to the picture, it is a poplar tree that a beaver has been working on.
Lauram- What is a DOR beaver? I'm guessing roadkill?
