One of the earliest flowering trees here and always eye-catching. Unfortunately, I am treating this one for scale for the second year now (notice the black sooty mold on the branches). It is looking better though.

I agree, this is one of my favorite early-flowering Magnolias. The only reason I haven't gotten one is because it's a real pain to get rid of Magnolia scale on a larger tree.

Some of the trees are huge, I hadn't realised how big they can grow until recently.
