i use it in spaghetti bolognese, on roast beef lots of things...

A, yes, on spaghetti we use it too. I forgot. But the tea is wonderful. Especially from wild thymus. It is smaller, more fragrant and very tasty. With wood honey it is the best tea I have ever drunk :)

never tried it, i'll have to now, although i only have the lemon thyme bush at the moment...

I have lemon thyme herb too. But it is not so good in tea. Do you have the lemon thyme bush? How high is it?

it's only about 2 foot tall i keep it trimmed back...

Quite big. Must be in a very sunny and sheltered place.
