I dont really know Brian but I have just bought a little one looking similar [actually the flowers had finished so it was half price ~ thats why its hard for me to say if its the same]
The label on mine says 'Pushkinia Libandtika'

It looks a bit similar also to those i saw at knightshayes court ~ 13th picture down in this blog

It certainly looks like Scilla - the way that the anthers spread outwards is correct.
