quince blossom

I didnt know quinces had such pretty blossom and then you've got the fruit to look forward to as well:-)..I prefer the picture this way round..lol

Any..i do indeed, its very versatile..excellent with roast pork and makes a very different chutney with star anaise

I would like that chutney Skips with the flavour of the star anaise sounds very tasty , I would ask for the recipe but I'm not sure where I would get the Quince from round here !
