Love Coleus and this one has two great shades of red. The lime green edge is great. It would look great mixed in with Hosta.

I'm a great fan of Coleus, too. I'm finding that mine are really slow-growing this year, though. A work colleague last year said to me, disdainfully, "Don't tell me that you grow Fish 'n Chip Shop plants". This actually made me laugh, because she was right. I remember that, when I was a kid, any such place worth its salt (excuse the non-intended pun) did proudly display one or more of these. This is also the very first plant I grew from seed at school during a "Plants" project. My mum's windowsills, tables, etc. ended up laden with them, as I'd just cut bits off and re-root them in jars/cups of water.

This was grown from seed in January and is doing very well (Coleus) it is now the 23 June 2008 - I will leave it in the green house for the duration and will take cuttings from it and produce more - would be interested in any comments.
