Bik sad that it's a nice plant, this one has been with me many years but stays on the one rosette and has never set seed.
I visited a botanic garden in the UK years back and it was covering a square yard (or metre sq)that had many rosettes and numerous seedlings around it,was growing in a damper environment than I offer it.
Haberleas are starting to flower but it's so wet the ends of the petals are turning brown.
