Also called garlic mustard because of the taste..very nice.

I do love the leaves on these - I have some fruit shrub doesn't actually fruit much but grows fast with these type leaves

Do you just wash the leaves and add them to the salad?

Just that Sticki..the flowerhead is edible and the seed and fruits..Ate it yesterday for the first time in a mixed salad.

Hmmm, well, they're weeds to me . . . but as I pulled one out this morning I did try tasting the leaf (should have washed it first!!). Leaves are very similar to White Honesty too.

oh so thats what its called!! thanks for that, i have some growing just outside the front garden.
they look a bit like stinging nettle leaves.
