One of my favouite plants in my garden,I like the way the next set of leaves unfold from the purply " envelopes".and if it has enough sun it has supher yellow sweet pea like flowers

I have one of these ,it,s one of my favourites as well , we put lots of protection on the crown of it in the winter to protect it from frost , do you do that as well ??

A very unique plant.
