Done very well this year with all the rain we have had. First Time this pattern of new shoots has been so clear. Over 20 years old.

It's the first time I have noted this frilly pattern on this dwarf conifer. All the rain has stimulated it into putting out lots of new growth. None of this conifer on Google images has such an obvious pattern.

When we bought the shrubs for this corner of the garden Fran we asked for slow growing conifers and he was right. It must be about 24 years old now and the other 2 but they are trimmed regularly.
