I did - no germination yet. Gave them an extra scarification the other day............

I just read Heliconia can be pretty difficult to germinate from seed. Supposedly, they can taken from one month to one year for germination. Wow! This is why most people here in California grow them from rhizomes. I know some people don't have availability, though.
