Thanks Folks! Just hope the birds like it... Wohlibuli...I have seen purple martins here in town...but the sparrows have held sway in my backyard since day one...lol. I have another birdhouse started and it will be smaller and for the upside down limb place...I have built it...I hope they come!! hahaha

haahaha Flcrazy...this birdhouse is sooo heavy, just hoisting the post into the post holder spike was enough to put us both into collapse.Will have to do some redesigning and use lighter plywood next time. It's been suggested that I should take a foot or so off of the post...but The thought of lifting that thing again kinda leaves me pooped just thinking about it...just finished the first birdhouse and built a hutch for Clover...I think my saw is due for a rest!
