Verbena, petunia, some kind of begonia leaf the dark one ? Can't think what the white one is.

it does look a bit like philodendron, but not sure on this one Sorry...

I think it is some sort of purple leaved ipomoea - just googled and there are a couple of pictures of Ipomoea Ace of Spade which looks like this.

Not really, Scottish...but, I've never seen a basket as lush as this before, so I'm writing it all down to see if I can make my own next year...
