Teucrium fruticans 'Compactum' - 2012 (Teucrium fruticans)

Teucrium fruticans is a large shrub for well-drained soil in full sun. This is a dwarf form, which sounds ideal for a smaller garden, but the branches are very fragile and the slightest touch breaks them

That's lovely - shame about those branches. Wouldn't do well in my garden - the cats would surely destroy it!

Scottish - yes, I'm sure they would (intentionally or otherwise)

Could do with this in our garden we grow the larger one, but we keep it pruned.......

I planted this about a month ago. It has all the conditions you mention, Andrew...but it doesn't seem to be doing all that well. Does it take a while to settle in?

Now you mention it, mine took a bit of time to settle down as well. I think it's just not a very strong plant

Ah, it is as it looks, then...delicate...
Thanks Andrew, I'll give it a while and then I might have to replace it with something which has a more robust constitution.
