Why not start this year Karen, some plants need longer to mature anyway, and the plants will be stronger for next year. Depends what you want of course.

I'd never considered that, Cinders...was wearing the 'spring blinkers'. There are some seeds I was thinking about ordering next year...but, you're right - the plants would be stronger next year if I sowed them now! Thanks! :)
