Isn't it P?
I hope so too Karen - what happened to your 'Dingle' when you left 'you know where' - don't want to use the proper word and bring on a nervous twitch :)))))

She has gone to be our maid's son's dog...best all round - she wasn't getting on with our other dog, Sadie. Both wanted to be Alpha.
But, he's a nice lad and he will look after her... :)
Now...just got to get Sadie home...
Satchmo's like a puppy again now he's back and settled in the house and the garden! :))))

Is Sadie still not home? It must a good feeling that Satchmo has settled back into his place :)

No...Nigel wants to keep her...I'm still working on it...
But, when he's back at the end of June, I'm hoping that he'll see the big difference in Satchmo. :)

I think Africa is too hot for dogs with hair Karen...that's why Satchmo is skipping about.
Dog hair is warmer than sheep wool...by 80% It's like you wearing two jumpers in Lagos

I think you're right, Pim...and Sadie is a shaggy dog too...a mountain shepherd, in fact.
But, Satchmo's nails had also grown too long for comfort from only being out in sand...as soon as he was properly groomed, he got his life back...
Well, I think the stick chasing in the woods and just being out in the garden helps a lot too! :))
West Africa is no place for European dogs...or women!! :/

Would be better for Sadie to be home in France with you. Do you want me to start a petition ? :))

Thanks Scottish, much appreciated! :)))
But, I've got a new tack...some horrible disease they can get from sand-fly bites...but I can't be too heavy-handed all at once...or it'll work the other way... :/
