Does this one get yellow flowers, sort of like an upside down tulip on it? if so, I had this one years ago but managed to lose it

This one is blue Sheilar. But I wonder if you are thinking of Clematis 'My Angel' that is a tiny yellow bell with a brownish top. I posted a photo of mine last June.
