Laden With Rain

we had 5 rain drops i counted them all :-)) had to water the garden constantly the lawn has got cracks in it now....

Lol..but it's not funny. Good job lawns are tough.

Sorry SL. Was like that before today here as well. Today we have had more than all of May in but a few hours. Subway system flooded :/

We have had quite a bit of rain, and everywhere looks lovely and green, but it's been really warm, too, and you don't appreciate quite how quickly things dry out, especially seedlings. Our forecast yesterday said heavy rain, thunder and lightning, so I wasn't expecting to get the hosepipe out. We had a dozen fat drops, and a lot of crashing and flashing, so I found myself standing in the predicted thunderstorm with the hosepipe out anyway. What with the cost of water, these vegetables are going to be some of the most expensive ever......

your right pimms, glad lawns are tough...
