Very pretty colour

The flower is pretty, the plant is green but it seems to be struggling a little, think I might plant it out in the garden later on in the year and see if it picks up would hate to lose it. It is quite thin in the foliage department, but it is a new one on me (last year late on purchase) so it maybe is just the way this one grows, not sure.

You sometimes find that plants which struggle in pots do OK planted out in the garden. Maybe their roots are happier in a bit more space - who knows:-))

think you are right there Sheilar, it is definitely in need of something. I do use John Innes No 3 for my planters and tubs but this is certainly struggling, strange really as the others are all fine in the same sort of planters. I wonder if it is the colour of the leaf which makes a difference all the others are purples and reddish leaves and it maybe gets a little bit more sunshine in the place it is in. Will have to get my shoehorn out and find a place for it in the border, think I know where it will do ok.
