Geranium Rocky Mountain Salmon Rose

Love the colour! My mom loved the salmon pink geraniums and every year she saved the plants for the next season. they went into the ground looking like dead sticks and within a week they would be blooming! I found a salmon pink at Walmart of all places...so bought it and it's ensconced near the front door with some dusty miller. Garden nostalgia!

Thanks! My Grandmother was a geranium fan as well; she always kept a red one on her kitchen table. Can't see a red geranium without thinking of her now!

Both my Mom and Dad had their favourites...it's nice to have a little floral "tip of the hat" to them in our present gardens. Might sound a little batty but sometimes on my morning ramble I tell them about what's growing and imagine what their advice might be if I have a problem. Even in the veggie patch, too. great memories...
