I don't know what this poppy is called but it is a stunner!

Looks like the one on stickitoffee's photo. Hoping someone with far more knowledge than me can tell me what it is. Described it to a fellow gardener yesterday and they asked me if it is an opium poppy. I hope it isn't, I might get some unwanted interest ha ha :-)

Just been checking out various websites and looks like it is Papaver orientale (Papaver bracteatum, Great Scarlet Poppy). Phew!
