Twist and Shout Hydrangea

HUGE lacecap flowers. This was the first to open, the second one opened closer to a purple color (I finally got the pH and aluminum right). I dug up most of my hydrangeas early in the spring before late frosts got them but this one was killed back half way. It still shot back up and looks like it is going to produce tons of flowers. This is one that blooms on both old and new growth from the Enldess Summer collection. It's hard to tell but the stems are colorful too, between a pink and purple. If you spot this one at the garden center it's worth picking up!

This might be my favorite hydrangea, once the first set of flowers fade a new batch opens so it goes on all summer. I guess Endless Summer wasn't just a clever name.
