Coral bark Japanese Maple

Usually I don't go to grocery store garden centers, the plants are never as nice and it is usually the same plants at every one. I always have to check at least a few times a year because occasionally I spot something like this.

It's more noticeable on newer growth and the foliage makes it harder to see right now. Once it gets bigger the reddish bark will be a little more noticeable in the canopy. It contrasts nicely with the leaves but it's kind of difficult to see in this picture.

Sounds like it would be a beautiful garden tree. I do not see the red bark, yet. It appears later I guess.
