This has lots of flowers, and I finally got a good photo of the light purple band. No making crosses today due to rain, although all 70 of my cross markers are in use (I use plastic tags with numbers and then record what the cross is. If it doesn't 'take', the tag is easy to reuse).

Yesterday afternoon I found 4 crosses that failed, so I was able to reuse the tags today.

Tomorrow I will have to post a photo of this cross on a different seedling - wait until you see the edge. I have been limiting myself to no more than 3/day of photos. I have over 300 photos this year of daylilies on my Flickr page.

Wow. Wow and another WOW! It looks like a miniature daylily that was placed inside a larger one! I like your idea of marking the crosses!
