Thank you Suey, It is as Moti says Lysimachia (Loose strife) it has yellow flowers and spreads - this was one plant a few years ago :o)

Thank you Hywel I'm glad you like it, I love the dark leaved plants, there are yellow iris amongst it but they're not out yet :o)
