This tree is deciduous most of the time (however, it's evergreen sometimes). This tree has leaves when it blooms...it just has so many flowers you can barely see the leaves.

there are so many flowers! They sure are gorgeous. I see a few leaves there...does it flower first and then put out new leaves? Is it Jacaranda time yet? ;-)
