clematis Vienetta

Ive just bought one from a Garden Show Nancy. It has lovely purple anthers when it matures - lovely :))))

I see it is growing through a cotinus...? Mine is growing through a dark leaved acer....see, great minds think alike Nancy! :D

No Karensusan those are the clematis leaves, on a trellis.

Yes, it was the reflections of the leaves that I thought were dark purple leaves nancy! lol.....well, there's an idea for your cotinus if you have one! lol
