Epipactis gigantea (Epipactis gigantea)

I planted this orchid earlier this spring and it has rewarded me with flowers in its first year. For a humus rich soil in part shade

This is not something I have grown so I'm reading from a book to answer your query. It should be planted in leafy, part-shaded, damp conditions; it will tolearte drier soils but often goes dormant if too dry. Plant the roots just below the soil surface. It can take a year or two to establish and start flowering. Good luck
