More Delphiniums at Falkland Palace

The people in this picture give you a sense of the scale and let you see that the delphiniums are easily seven feet high - sheltered wonderfully by the wall and the shrubs, growing through mesh as a support. the property is managed by the National Trust for Scotland who are supposed to be organic, so I'm not sure how they keep the slugs at bay.
