Always love when this opens, it has a strong fragrance that I can smell from my upstairs room when the windows are open. That is a long ways for the scent to travel! When I woke up yesterday, it smelled like there was a Jasmine blooming inside. It took me a while to figure out where it was coming from.

Anyone who stops by asks me about it. I like any fragrant plants, makes it enjoyable to be outside. I'm trying to think of some other plants that have fragrant flowers this time of year. Clethra are going to be opening soon, I look forward to those as much as lilacs.
