Thanks Sticki :-) this is just a small part of the daylily bed, timed myself this morning and its taking well over an hour to deadhead every day at the moment, such a chore among all those beautiful flowers,lol.

An amazing sight. But it passes too quickly. Mine has slowed down and getting ready for the rebloom. I was suprised to see this daylily is from 1940.

Just thinking the same today Wylie think mine are at their peak now :-( so won't be long before its all over for another year, yes this is a pretty good one for such an old variety increases really quickly too, really like the star shape.
