Four-leafed Clover

There are several Latin names for this plant, but I'll go for the one I've selected - Trifolium repens "purpurescens" quadrifolium. This is dedicated to you, Irish! NB. Not all the stems bear 4 leaves.

hahaha...I'm laughing at the serendipity...just saw Irish's post of an oxalis and had the cheek to ask her to post a pic of a shamrock!! then I pop into your pic's, David, and you've just posted a pic of a 4 leaf clover and dedicated it to Irish! Tooo funny. Guess you're off the hook Irish...unless of course this is only a four leafed clover and we need a real shamrock!!+LOL!!!
