This one presents a problem: yesterday it had a regular flower that was very unremarkable, but today as a polypetal, it becomes a lot more desirable. I crossed it both ways with a DIP double, so if I get seeds I will be less likely to keep this. The blue rope is to help keep a small tree from blowing over in the strong winter winds.

The winds get very strong here and it can get difficult to walk in the street, so one end of the rope is around the tree (Sophra) and the other around a stump that was a Christmas tree until it got too tall to decorate.

Oh it is fantastic, I hope the wind will not damage it.

There have been days when a lot of my flowers turned black from wind burn or were shredded to pieces. You learn to accept it and plant more wind breaks.
