So sorry,Sandra..I clicked 'like' by mistake ,and I definitely don't ! That is really bad..and it must be heartbreaking for your friend...We were so lucky here yesterday..as we saw what we thought was a mini Tornado in the distance...didn't have my camera ! .It confirmed on the local news last night,and said if if it had struck the ground,it would have been a Twister !..we just got the tail end of a heavy shower..did you have any damage at all?

we are fine thank you Sandra...Sally is 20 miles inland from me and we have completely different weather. we get little twisters up the haven.

Oh my goodness what a lot of mess for them to clear up, what a shame. Sorry for her really am! I cannot imagine where she starts to clear up that mess.

Oh I really feel for your friend, If that was me, |I think I would sit down looking at it for a week and weep.

im sure a bit of weeping was needed on this occasion . but its been sunny and windy this week and im sure it looks a little better already..

they say we have had 13 inches of rain in three months but this flood was 6 foot deep as the river backed up on a very high tide.

Wow! 13 inches is a lot more rain than we receive (in San Diego) in one full year!

we have great weather forecast for this week so ill get lots done...and hopefully get all the grass cut again..!! its growing soo fast with all this rain...

I can't imagine. I have to water once or twice a day with all the very hot weather we've had for more than a month.
