Throw out the pastels is what I say! lol. These dark colours look so much better in the bright light of summer. cough, cough, splutter. Yes I know, but we might get one ...... lets hope!

I'm going to throw lots out at the end of the season Poppy. I've got a clematis, yellow thing, that's intent on strangling everything in its path. I won't have a graden left if it stays... and these geraniums have gone berserk this year, need splitting and giving away. It's starting to look a bit Autumny now isn't it:-(

You sound so like me BA.. I dont like yellow in the garden at all. It always seems to be the stuff youre not so keen on that grows like stink! If youre throwing some of that Ann Folkard out, would you throw it my way?? I went out and bought a few autumny bits because the garden was looking a bit bare in places. Yours looks brilliant.

Any hardy Geraniums throw my way, the chooks dont seem to eat them :-)

Rightyho Willi....I know Rozanne splits and flowers forever too. Both Ann Folkard and Rozanne are still in full flower. I've grown Rozanne in a chimney before and it gave a lovely display:-) Both of you must remind me though as I have a head like a sieve:-)

Ok BA..... Note to self: BA must don wellies & 2 big forks in November, to split Geraniums :-)
