Did you talk to it to encourage to open up a bit? Ice breaking exercises are good for groups - oops mixing up plants and people ha ha! :-D

That's a very pretty blue.

It really is Violet and I shall take another photo with a different camera to show the difference as it grows.

Julie no I did not encourage it to open as this is the time of year it does open .And a wee spell of sunshine helped it on its way.
