thanks for the welcome,..the water is part of a circular water system....sounds a bit grand but it's just a stream that connects two ponds. the main one is behind the bushes in the centre of the picture and the other one is a raised one on a patio. they are joined so that i could increase the filtration by using watercress. now that used to work until the local b***** pigeons got a taste for it lol
the water is pumped up into the raised pond and then finds its way back to the main one via a pipe under the stream by gravity.
