Japanese Anemone

They are great plants aren't they.I have a few that were here when i moved in,i love them.

I have been admiring a few photos of these recently, and my mother has some in her garden. I must get some for myself!

I love them all, have a white one which never does too well but I spotted a flower in one of the other borders this afternoon so it has survived. My favourite one is the darker Pink one which sometimes is a double I was going to take a picture of that but for some reason missed it.

Mine have only just started to flower...everything is so late. My clematis Fukuzono has usually about finished by now, but it still hasn't really got going :(
