Lilac Asters

I love them Hb......Dont know its name though...My father-in-law gave me a piece of it a long time ago...(about 25 years).....:>)

I have never taken cuttings or seed...Just divided them up now & again...:>)

Im sure it will Hb.....I bought a lovely pink New England Aster, 'Alma Potschke'...last year, it flowered beautifully, but this year the lower leaves of each stem have turned brown, good growth and flowers on top...Im wondering if the wet Summer has caused this, i dont know what to do about it.....The Aster in this pic loves the wet weather, it gets a bit of mildew if its too dry...:>)
