Clerodendrum quadriloculare - Starburst Bush

Clerodendrum quadriloculare - Starburst Bush (Clerodendrum quadriloculare - Starburst Bush)

My Starburst bush lost all its leaves a few months ago from lack of water. Ooops! It now looks terrific...now let's hope it will bloom this winter! It's been in the ground for almost two years and hasn't bloomed. Photo taken Sept. 11, 2012.

I hope so, too! Or, next year it's going to be moved!

You of all people should know not to deprive a Clerodendrum of water!!!

Yes, I know. However, with so many water-thirsty plants and temps so hot...it's sometimes difficult to keep up.

Also, this plant should have never been planted under thirsty, water-hogging banana plants. lol! :>)
