Garden as it is now , not long moved in & needs a bit of work but I've made a start so all good x

Welcome to GOY, it is good to start with a blank canvas, it reminds me a bit of my back garden (but smaller) before I started. As Marycontrar said, it will be a great deal of hard work, but at the end it will be worth it.
