Starting to show fall color. The plant behind it is my hydrangea vine (I want it to cover the fence). This is the same Stewartia the my dog broke at the base last winter. It was beautiful last year and I'm glad to see it has grown back!

She has not ruined many plants but this was definitely a frustrating one to break because they are so difficult to find and expensive. At least she keeps the rabbits away and usually the deer too :)

Nice colour, glad it recovered. Dog + garden = trouble, I think.
