What is it?

It's the fruit from the Peach Palm - pretty isn't it?

It is. And have never seen that sort of palm before.

I really like the seeds! Adonidia merrilli is a beautiful palm! It's called Manila Palm, also.

This palm is somewhat of a difficult grow here in San Diego...although, I've seen some nice specimens growing in private gardens here.
