These bees do not make unfortunately one nest, but many holes, to live in them, lol.

I had a solitary bee take up residence in a hole in one of the back-door steps. There is something very appealing about them.

I think they are very destructive. Have a look on those two bricks on my photo. Both were untouched last year.
They are very resistant to all chemicals, that´s appealing and very strange.

I didn't notice any deterioration in the step - perhaps they were a different type. There was only one, and it may have been larger (it's a few years ago now). Surprising about the resistance, though.
