It would cost about 500 000 reais (around 250 000 dollars or 160 000 euros).

I agree Klahanie... it has the balance of the divine proportion. :)

It is extremely beautiful. Aleyna, I have seen the flambuoyant flowering at about 3 to 4 feet (1m approx) tall in the Canaries. Perhaps it is a different variety, but I think it is exactly the same as the one you have in your other photo. :) I have never seen a big tree one like this before....stunning!

These low buildings hidden in park with one dominant tree are just enormously attractive. I once saw a beautiful old house with Amelanchier lamarckii in the autumn. It was just as wonderful view as this one.

Ooh, I recently added that tree Katarina :)

Hi Karen,
Sorry to delkay to answer your comment, I was out in vacations in France to spend Christmas with my son.
Someone certainly would correct me, but I believe Flamboyants are commom to warm weather countries, tropical.
I've seen huge trees like this in several places in our city and close citis as well, some have branches crossing the streets and offer a stunning view.
Thanks for your comment :)

Hi Karen, I added Amelanchier L. to my garden, too :)) It grows quite slowly. It has only 1 meter now. Hope it will be so beautiful as the one I saw in that garden...

Thanks Aleyna, that's quite alright! Katarina, mine is only about half a metre.....we will have to be patient.

Karensusan63:

Most likely you're thinking of Caesalpinia pulcherrima - Dwarf Poinciana. It's not a Delonix regia and doesn't grow as tall or wide. It's also much hardier than the very tropical Delonix regia (Flamboyant, Royal Poinciana tree) which grow widely in tropical and subtropical climates.

Thanks for that Delonix!

You're welcome. You probably noticed my screen name and avatar is named after Delonix regia, which is considered by many as "the most beautiful flowering tree in the world".

Here's a close up the flowers of my many photos of Delonix regia growing here in San Diego, CA.
